Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

New, never opened — our commitment

All our products are new, delivered in their sealed original packaging.

We commit to never sending you a product that has been opened, unboxed or returned by another customer — even one “just opened for checking”.

Any doubt on delivery (damaged box, seal already opened)? Point it out to the courier or contact us immediately: we take the product back and send you another one.

Sales invoice

Every order comes with its sales invoice, included with the parcel (handed over in person for a store collection).

Ordering for a company? Using the details you give at checkout (company name and ICE), the invoice is issued in your company's name, with its ICE.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which device does this Jabra remote control work with?
The Jabra PanaCast 50 video conferencing camera, and that one only. Check the exact model of your system before ordering: this is a dedicated accessory, not a universal remote control.
What can you adjust with the PanaCast 50 remote control?
Pan, tilt, zoom and volume, as well as framing presets. Everything is done from your seat, without having to get up and touch the camera in the middle of a meeting.
What are the presets on this remote control for?
To recall a saved framing at the press of a button: the overview of the room, the shot of the whiteboard, the position on the speaker. This saves you from redoing the settings at the start of every meeting.
Where should the Jabra PanaCast 50 remote control be placed?
It is designed for desktop use, placed on the meeting table within reach of the participants. Its black finish and ergonomic shape let it blend in among the room equipment.
Is the Jabra 8220-209 remote control new and under warranty?
New, part number 8220-209, in original Jabra packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for if you make a claim.
