1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 440 MAD up front by card, then 2 499 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this Bosch cable also carry power?
Yes: its RJ45 connectors have additional power pins. Power and network run through the same cable — that is the principle behind DICENTIS cabling.
Can this cable be used like an ordinary network cable?
No: it is specifically designed to connect Bosch DICENTIS devices, in a redundant or bus connection. It is not a standard Ethernet cable.
Why is this cable rigid?
Because its rigid construction performs better beyond 5 metres — and this one is 25 metres long. On long runs, the mechanical strength of the cable determines signal stability.
Is this cable suitable for buildings open to the public?
Its jacket is Low Smoke Zero Halogen, which meets strict safety and environmental standards: in a fire, it gives off little smoke and no halogens.
Does this cable need to be crimped on site?
No: it is supplied pre-assembled, with RJ45 connectors at both ends, for quick installation.
