1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

How efficient is the EcoFlow 100W rigid solar panel?
It uses high-efficiency monocrystalline cells with a 23% conversion rate, for a rated power of 100 W (± 5 W).
Is the EcoFlow solar panel weather-resistant?
Yes. With an IP68 rating, it is designed for outdoor use and withstands dust, rain, winds of up to 210 km/h and heavy snowfall. The frame is corrosion-resistant aluminium and the surface is tempered glass (IP68 tested in the laboratory).
Is the connection cable supplied with the EcoFlow panel?
The solar-to-XT60i cable is NOT included. Supplied are the mounting feet, the user manual and the warranty card.
How do you mount the EcoFlow 100W solar panel?
It has pre-drilled holes and included mounting feet to fix it securely to a van, a roof or an off-grid structure.
Is the EcoFlow panel compatible with other solar systems?
Yes. Its universal solar connector connects easily to existing third-party solar systems. Paired with EcoFlow kits or power stations, it benefits from the built-in MPPT algorithm for optimised charging.
