1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is this VGA cable enough for a 1920 x 1080 Full HD monitor?
Yes. Its maximum resolution is 1080p, exactly Full HD, with stable transmission on both LCD and LED monitors. That is also its upper limit: on a higher-resolution display, the image will stay capped at this resolution.
What ensures a stable image with this Ugreen cable?
Two concrete features: a built-in ferrite core, which reduces electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference, and gold-plated connectors that improve conductivity. The cable body is also built tough to withstand repeated plugging.
Can you connect a second monitor and extend the desktop with this cable?
Yes, it supports both display modes: mirror mode, which duplicates your screen — handy for presentations or in a meeting room — and extended mode, which turns the second monitor into extra workspace. The output stays at 1080p in both cases.
Are both ends of the cable identical?
Yes, it is male at both ends: one connector screws onto the computer's VGA output, the other onto the monitor's VGA input. So check that each of your two devices has a VGA connector before ordering.
Is two metres enough for a tower standing on the floor?
The cable is 2 metres long: enough to connect a desktop tower on the floor to a monitor on the desk, or to reach a monitor placed slightly off to the side, while leaving slack to route the cable behind the furniture.
