Frequently asked questions about this product
How do I use my gift card on the website?
When placing your order, under the basket total, open “Have a promo code or a gift card?”, enter the card's code and confirm: the amount is deducted from the total straight away. The same code can be used by phone or WhatsApp with our sales team, who place the order with you, or directly in store, where you simply show it at the counter.
What happens to the balance if my order is less than the card amount?
It stays on your code. A gift card can be used in one or more goes: if the order does not use up its full value, the difference remains attached to the code and carries over to a later order, as long as the card is still valid. Nothing is lost on the first purchase, and there is no need to spend it all at once.
What happens if my order exceeds the card amount?
You pay the difference. The card covers its value, and the rest of the order is paid normally when you confirm it: nothing stops you from choosing a product that costs more than the card. It is deducted from the total, like a discount code. The other way round, if the order costs less, the unused balance stays attached to the code for later.
How long does the card remain valid?
One year. The validity period runs from the card's issue and applies to both the e-card and the physical card. After this period the card can no longer be used, and an expired card cannot be reactivated. As the unused balance is kept from one order to the next, nothing obliges you to spend it all in one go during that year.
What is the difference between the e-card and the physical card?
The format, not the code. The e-card arrives by email: nothing to print, nothing to carry; it suits a gift that is sent far away or decided at the last minute. The physical card is something to hand over in person or have delivered, the kind you slip into an envelope. In both cases it is the same code, with the same value and the same validity period.
Can I use the card anywhere other than on the website?
Yes, on our three sales channels. The code works online when placing an order, but also by phone or WhatsApp with our sales team, and directly in store, where you simply show it at the counter. It is therefore valid on our orders, whichever channel you use to place them.
Which products is the gift card valid on?
The entire catalogue. IT, high-tech, electronics: the card is not tied to a category, a brand or a selection. That is precisely what makes it a useful gift when you know neither the model nor the brand the person is hoping for. The gift card category brings together the available amounts.
Can a gift card be exchanged for cash?
No. A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, resold or transferred: it can only be used to pay for all or part of an order. It is not refundable either, and a card whose validity has expired cannot be reactivated. Using the code constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
What happens if I lose my card's code?
Look after the code like a banknote. A lost or stolen card is neither replaced nor refunded: whoever holds the code can use it. Write it down as soon as you receive it, or keep the email that contains it. For any question about a current card, our customer service can be reached via the contact page.
Can a company order gift cards for its teams?
Yes, and it is a common use. Whether your company is based in Morocco or abroad, we issue these cards in volume to reward employees, thank customers or run a sales challenge. We draw up a quote based on the quantities and values you want, then the invoice is issued in your company's name. Our business page presents the rest of the offer.
Is it possible to get an amount that is not offered on the website?
Yes, on digital cards. The amounts on the website range from 300 to 2,000 DH, but for a business order we issue codes of the value you set, including the dirham equivalent of an amount denominated in another currency. Just tell us the quantities and values you want via the contact page.
In what form does a company receive codes ordered in volume?
In a spreadsheet file. We give you the list of gift codes, one per card, each with its amount and its expiry date. You then distribute them to your recipients through whichever channel suits you: email, WhatsApp, intranet. It is the format we use with our business customers, including outside Morocco.
