1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers does this Epson C13S015262 ribbon fit?
The Epson LQ-670, LQ-680, LQ-680 Pro, LQ-860, LQ-1060 and the LQ-25xx series. A dot-matrix ribbon is specific to one family of machines: check the reference C13S015262 against the one given in your printer's manual before ordering.
How many characters can this ribbon print?
Up to 2 million characters per cassette. That is the yield to compare with your volume: on a business printer that runs all day, it sets how often you need to restock.
Is replacing this ribbon complicated?
No: it is a ready-to-fit cassette, with no tension to adjust and no spool to handle. The ribbon is factory-mounted in its housing: you remove the old cassette and clip in the new one.
Could this ribbon jam the print head?
The fabric and weave are designed not to fray or snag. That is the classic fault of a ribbon of doubtful quality: a loose thread wraps around the head and locks the carriage.
Does the print stay even right to the end of the ribbon?
The ink is spread evenly along its entire length, with no tension to adjust. That is what prevents pages from getting paler and paler as the cassette runs out.
Is this ribbon gentle on the print head?
Yes, the ink has been chosen to protect the print head pins. On a dot-matrix printer, the head is the most expensive part: an ink that is too abrasive wears it out well before its rated life.
Is this Epson ribbon genuine and under warranty?
Genuine Epson, reference C13S015262, in black, new in the manufacturer's packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year.
