Frequently asked questions about this product
Does the Razer Gigantus V2 have RGB backlighting?
No, this pad has neither backlighting nor Chroma RGB: it is a soft cloth pad. In the Razer range, Chroma lighting is found on the Goliathus Chroma and Goliathus Extended Chroma.
Is the 450 x 400 mm Large size enough for low-sensitivity gaming?
It offers 45 × 40 cm of surface, enough for sweeping movements without leaving the pad. If you play at very low DPI or want to cover your whole desk, the Gigantus V2 also comes in XXL (94 × 41 cm) and 3XL (120 × 55 cm).
Does the pad stay flat and firmly in place on an uneven desk?
Yes. Its thick, dense 3 mm rubber foam keeps it flat even on an imperfect surface, and its non-slip underside stops it from sliding, even during the most frantic moments of play.
Does this pad come with a wrist rest?
No, no wrist rest is built in or included. However, the 3 mm thick rubber foam acts as a cushion under your wrist during long sessions.
Does it work with all mouse sensors?
Yes. The micro-textured cloth surface is optimised for all mouse sensors, with a high thread-count weave that lets the mouse glide while keeping pixel-precise accuracy.
What has changed compared with the original Gigantus?
The new textured surface creates less drag during fast movements while still letting you stop the mouse easily: a better balance between speed and control. The V2 also comes in four sizes (M, L, XXL, 3XL) to suit your desk.
Is this Razer pad genuine and under warranty?
Yes: a new and genuine Razer product, reference RZ02-03330300-R3M1, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the 1-year warranty document.
