A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

How many people and devices can use this Microsoft 365 Family subscription?
This subscription covers up to 6 people, each with their own space. It works on PC, Mac, iOS and Android, so every member can install the Office apps on their own devices.
How long does the Microsoft 365 Family subscription last, and what happens when it ends?
It is a 12-month subscription. At the end of the period, it must be renewed to keep using the apps, the OneDrive storage and the updates; without renewal, the apps switch to read-only mode.
How will I receive my Microsoft 365 licence?
The official licence is sent by email: you receive a key to activate on your Microsoft account, with no physical media or CD to wait for.
Which apps are included with Microsoft 365 Family?
You get the premium Office apps — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote — as well as Microsoft Defender and Clipchamp. Designer and the Copilot AI assistant are now built into this version.
How much online storage do you get?
Each person gets 1 TB of OneDrive storage, up to 6 TB in total, to save, share and sync files and photos across devices.
