Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which Logitech cameras does this power adapter power?
The MeetUp, GROUP, ConferenceCam Connect, CC3000e and PTZ-Pro. Check the voltage printed on your original adapter before ordering: this one delivers 12 V at 1.5 A.
What is this replacement Logitech power adapter for?
To replace a lost or faulty adapter without changing the camera. It is the most common case across a set of meeting rooms: the adapter goes missing during an office move, and the camera becomes unusable for lack of power.
What are the electrical specifications of this adapter?
12 volts and 1.5 amps output. These two values must match the camera's exactly: insufficient current causes untimely restarts, and a different voltage can damage the device.
Is this adapter discreet in a meeting room?
It comes in black, chosen to blend into a professional environment — under a table, behind a screen or in a cable tray. Its design is described as robust, for permanent use.
Is the Logitech 993-001143 power adapter new and under warranty?
New, reference 993-001143, in original Logitech packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for if you make a claim.
