1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which cameras can the Avonic MT200 mount hold?
Avonic PTZ cameras from the CM30, CM40 and CM70 series. It is a mount dedicated to these ranges: check the exact reference of your camera before ordering.
Do the cables remain visible with the MT200 mount?
No, they run inside the mount. This is what makes for a clean installation in a meeting room or auditorium: nothing hangs down the wall below the camera, and the cabling stays out of reach.
Is the Avonic MT200 mount only for wall mounting?
No. For mobile use, it can also be fitted in a flight case or mounted on a tripod. The same part therefore serves both fixed installations and filming on the move.
What is the supplied 30 mm steel ring for?
For attaching the mount to a structure clamp — typically a truss clamp. This reinforced 30 mm ring was designed for this purpose: it lets you hang the camera from a stage truss rather than from a wall.
Is the Avonic MT200 mount available in white?
Yes, the range comes in black and white, to match Avonic PTZ cameras. The reference sold here is the black version (AV-MT200-B).
Is the Avonic AV-MT200-B wall mount new and under warranty?
New, reference AV-MT200-B, in original Avonic packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The datasheet includes the mounting dimensions.
