1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay the cash in at any of the 3,400 Attijariwafa Bank branches in Morocco, to the SGM2I account no. 0268 D 000 000 426. You do not need an account there: your ID and the cash are enough.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What exactly is in the Canon VP-101 pack?
Four different papers, 5 sheets of each: Plus Glossy II PP-201 in 10 × 15 cm, Plus Semi-gloss SG-201 in 10 × 15 cm, MP-101 matte photo paper in A4 and GP-501 glossy paper in A4 for everyday use.
Why a pack of four different papers?
To compare the results before buying in bulk. Glossy is striking but shows fingerprints, semi-gloss avoids them, and matte eliminates reflections: printing the same photo on all four is how you decide.
Which printers is this Canon photo paper used with?
Canon PIXMA printers. These papers have been calibrated for the brand's inks and colour profiles: on a printer from another brand, the stated results are not guaranteed.
Do you need to wait before handling the prints?
No, they dry instantly. That is the nature of photo papers with a receptive coating: the ink is absorbed immediately, and the photo can be handled straight out of the printer with no risk of smudging.
How many sheets are in this Canon VP-101 pack?
Twenty in total: five sheets of each of the four papers. Ten are in 10 × 15 cm size and ten in A4 — enough to try both uses, photo prints and full-page printing.
Is this Canon photo paper pack new and under warranty?
New, part number 0775B079AA, in original Canon packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested if you make a claim.
