1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

No: it is designed with a built-in power supply and requires no external adapter. Nothing extra to carry, and nothing to lose on a shoot.
How much light output does this Godox LE200Bi deliver?
Up to 57,700 lux. Lux measures the illuminance received by the subject at a given distance: for a studio light, it is the figure that matters, more than lumens.
Does this light render colours accurately?
CRI and TLCI of 98, on a scale where 100 corresponds to daylight. At this level, colour rendering is considered accurate even for demanding video production.
How can this Godox be controlled remotely?
Via app, DMX or NFC. DMX is the protocol used by professional lighting consoles: it lets you integrate the light into a complete set.
Is this light noisy during a shoot?
It features optimised silent cooling. On a light this powerful, fan noise is the number one enemy of clean sound recording.
Can the colour temperature of this Godox LE200Bi be adjusted?
Yes: it is a bi-colour light from 2,800 to 6,500 K, from the warm white of an indoor setting to the cool white of daylight. The colour temperature can therefore be matched to the ambient light of the location.
