The VA1021 fits in a pocket with its 15 mm thickness and grey metal housing. Its display shows the remaining charge as a percentage, and its three ports deliver up to 22.5 W: an iPhone switches to 20 W fast charging over USB-C.

Three ports, two of them USB-C
The USB-C1 port does both: it recharges the power bank and powers a device. USB-C2 and USB-A are outputs. Over USB-C, Power Delivery goes up to 20 W and fast-charges an iPhone; the USB-A port follows the Quick Charge 3.0 and SCP of Android smartphones, up to 22.5 W. The included USB-C to USB-C cable serves both to recharge it and to power a recent phone.

For an iPhone with a Lightning port, the included cable won't do: you need a USB-C to Lightning cable, plugged into one of the power bank's USB-C ports.

Up to 2 full recharges of a typical smartphone, for a capacity of 10,000 mAh (37 Wh). The result depends on the size of the phone's battery and on conversion losses: a compact model gets more out of it than a large-screen smartphone.
Does the VA1021 power bank fast-charge an iPhone?
Yes: its USB-C port supports Power Delivery 20 W, the iPhone fast-charging mode, with a suitable USB-C cable. Android smartphones, for their part, benefit from Quick Charge 3.0 and SCP, up to 22.5 W maximum.
Can you take the VA1021 power bank on a plane?
Yes, in your cabin baggage. At 37 Wh, it stays well below the 100 Wh threshold set by IATA for lithium batteries carried in the cabin without the airline's approval. Like any power bank, it must never be packed in checked baggage.
