Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Device photographed : the phone, tablet or vehicle visible in the image are there to illustrate use: they are not included.
  • Compatibility : the model stated in the title and the specifications is what counts, never the device visible in the photo.
  • Specifications : cable length, charging power, capacity in mAh and connector type vary within a single photographed range.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Port Designs 501730 power bank also work as a cigarette lighter charger?
Yes, that is its dual function: backup battery and car charger for the cigarette lighter socket. It recharges in the vehicle and takes over once you get out — one accessory instead of two.
What is the capacity of the Port Designs 501730 power bank?
2,200 mAh. It is an emergency top-up format, not a long-lasting one: it gives you enough to make calls and check a map, not enough to fully recharge a recent phone.
How fast does the Port Designs 501730 power bank charge?
Its output current is 2.5 A. That is a high rate for a power bank of this size: charging is fast, which matters when the device is only there to give a top-up in a few minutes.
How can you tell how much charge is left in the Port Designs 501730 power bank?
Through an LED indicator that shows it in real time. On a low-capacity power bank, knowing what is left before you set off saves you from counting on a top-up that is already gone.
How bulky is the Port Designs 501730 power bank?
94 grams. That is the weight that decides whether it stays in the glovebox or in your pocket: at this level, you forget it is there, which is exactly what you want from an emergency top-up.
Is the Port Designs 501730 backup battery new and under warranty?
New, reference 501730, in original Port Designs packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for if you make a claim.
