This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

The replacement for the HP 150A,
made by G&G.

This compatible black toner takes the place of the HP 150A (W1500A) cartridge in HP LaserJet M111 and MFP M141 printers. It is made by G&G, the consumables brand of the Ninestar group, and carries neither the HP name nor the HP logo.

The cartridge in place decides

The printer name is not always enough: look for the W1500A reference on the cartridge you are replacing. This toner is intended for HP LaserJet M111a, HP LaserJet M111w, HP LaserJet MFP M141a and HP LaserJet MFP M141w.

Fitting it without force

Remove the cartridge's protection before inserting it. A compatible version may have a very slightly different shape from the original: if it resists, follow the instructions printed on the box instead of forcing it. If the printer does not recognise it, G&G advises wiping the contacts with a dry cloth and turning off automatic firmware updates.

Order by the reference of the original cartridge, W1500A, rather than by the printer name: two printers with similar names do not always use the same toner.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is this toner an original HP consumable?
No. It is a compatible toner made by G&G, the consumables brand of the Ninestar group, headquartered in Zhuhai, China. It takes the place of the HP 150A (W1500A) in the same printers, without carrying the HP name or logo. G&G lists it among its “compatible” laser cartridges, a range separate from its remanufactured cartridges.
Which printers does it fit?
It is intended for the following models: HP LaserJet M111a, HP LaserJet M111w, HP LaserJet MFP M141a and HP LaserJet MFP M141w. Before ordering, check that your printer really uses the HP 150A (W1500A) cartridge: this reference appears on the cartridge in place.
Which HP cartridge does it replace exactly?
It replaces the black HP 150A cartridge, original reference W1500A. This is the number to look for on the cartridge already in your printer: if your machine uses another HP reference, this toner does not match it, even if the printer name looks like those in the list.
How do I install it in the printer?
First remove the cartridge's protection: it is the first cause of failure cited by G&G. Some compatible versions have a slightly different shape from the original; if the cartridge resists, do not force it, follow the instructions printed on the box or on the cartridge and calmly insert it again.
What should I do if the printer does not recognise the toner?
Take the cartridge out, wipe the chip and the printer's contacts with a dry cloth, then put it back. G&G also advises turning off automatic firmware updates: some updates from the printer maker prevent compatible cartridges from being recognised.
Do you sell a printer that uses it?
Yes, for example the HP LaserJet M111w and HP LaserJet M141w. These printers use the HP 150A (W1500A) cartridge, which this G&G toner replaces. If you equip an office with several machines of the same family, a single toner model is then enough for the whole fleet.
