1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

At 2,400 pages, is there a version of this black toner that prints more?
Yes. The HP 415X black (W2030X) goes up to 7,500 pages, roughly three times the yield of the 415A, on the same printers: the compatibility statement is shared by both. The high-yield cartridge is slightly wider (121 mm versus 102 mm). At high volumes, it means fewer replacements and a better cost per page.
Which printers does this HP 415A black toner fit?
It is listed as compatible with the HP Color LaserJet Pro M454 range and the HP Color LaserJet Pro M479 multifunction printers. The reference to remember is W2030A for standard black, not to be confused with the high-yield W2030X. Check the exact model shown on your printer before ordering.
Is the black toner enough, or do you also need to order the colours?
This is a black cartridge only. On a Color LaserJet Pro M454 or M479, the three colours have their own references — W2031A (cyan), W2032A (yellow) and W2033A (magenta), 2,100 pages each — and are ordered separately. So you only replace the cartridge that has run out.
How can you check that you have not received a counterfeit toner?
This toner features HP anti-fraud technology, which protects against counterfeit cartridges and maintains a consistent level of quality across an entire fleet. On receipt, check the reference W2030A and the code 192018046344 on the packaging: that is the simplest sign of a genuine consumable.
Can toner levels be monitored remotely across several printers?
Yes. HP toners with JetIntelligence provide smart level tracking, and HP Web Jetadmin lets you track toner usage and receive regular updates on supplies. Useful as soon as a department manages several machines and wants to avoid printing grinding to a halt in the middle of the day.
Where does the 2,400-page figure come from, and what does it really mean?
It is an approximate average yield based on the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. The actual yield varies considerably depending on the content of the printed pages and other factors: it is a basis for comparing cartridges, not a guaranteed number of pages on your own documents.
Is this HP 415A toner genuine and under warranty?
Yes: a genuine HP LaserJet toner, new, covered by the HP Premium Protection warranty, parts and labour; the invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Yields and dimensions for the whole range are in the HP 415 datasheet (PDF). It is sold individually, not as part of a pack.
