Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Paper trays : extra trays, stands, cabinets and the automatic document feeder visible in the image are very often options sold separately.
  • Consumables : the cartridges and toners photographed are not included unless stated; those supplied with the machine are frequently reduced-capacity starter consumables.
  • Features : automatic duplex, touchscreen, Wi-Fi, fax or flatbed scanner cannot be inferred from a photo — only the specifications are binding.
  • Cables : the USB cable is generally not supplied; only the power cord is.
  • Format and version : one image serves a whole series (A4 or A3, monochrome or colour, with or without Wi-Fi).
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the mains cord included with this Epson PS-180 power supply?
No, the power supply is sold without a mains cord. This is the point to check before ordering: without a cord, the power supply cannot be plugged into the wall socket. Reuse the one from the old unit or plan to get one.
Which receipt printers does this Epson unit power?
The TM-T88IV and TM-T88V, the TM-U220, TM-U230, TM-U295, TM-U590, TM-U675 and TM-U950 series, the TM-H5000II, TM-H6000III and IV, TM-T70, TM-T90 and TM-L90, as well as the TM-J7000, J7100, J7500 and J7600 series.
Is this unit also suitable for a customer display?
Yes, it also powers the DM-D110, DM-D210 and DM-D500 customer displays. That is what makes it a universal unit for a checkout station, shared by the printer and the display.
What voltage does the Epson PS-180 power supply deliver?
24 volts, the supply voltage of Epson point-of-sale peripherals. Check the value marked on your original unit: a unit with a different voltage would damage the device.
When should this power supply be replaced?
When the original unit is faulty or lost, or to keep a backup unit in reserve. At a checkout station, a dead power supply brings the till to a halt: the second unit is inexpensive insurance.
Is this Epson power supply new and under warranty?
New, in original Epson packaging, black, as a universal model for the TM and DM ranges. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year.
