3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers take the HP 36A toner (CB436A)?
The HP LaserJet P1505 and P1505n, and the LaserJet M1120 and M1522 multifunction printers. Note the full model number shown on the machine before ordering: the neighbouring P1000 models do not all use the same cartridge.
How many pages does an HP 36A toner print?
Approximately 2,000 pages, an average yield declared in accordance with the ISO/IEC 19752 standard, the one for monochrome consumables. Actual yield varies considerably depending on the content of the printed pages.
What kind of documents is the HP 36A intended for?
Everyday office printing: spreadsheets, invoices, letters and administrative documents. It is a single-workstation consumable, cut out for an office's day-to-day correspondence rather than for graphics-heavy printing.
Why is the HP 36A described as a spherical-particle toner?
Because the HP monochrome powder used here is made of spherical particles. Uniform grains are deposited more evenly on the paper: that is what gives sharp text and more precise images on every print.
Does the HP 36A cartridge add features to the printer?
Yes. Its built-in intelligence enables time-saving features on the machine that are normally reserved for high-end LaserJet printers, and makes supplies management simpler instead of leaving it to manual counting.
What are the dimensions of an HP 36A toner to store in advance?
375 × 113 × 125 mm for approximately 0.6 kg. A flat cartridge about 37 cm long: a deep drawer or a shelf is enough, lying flat and in its box until replacement.
What happens to the HP 36A cartridge once it is empty?
HP offers a free take-back and recycling programme, HP Planet Partners, whose availability varies by country. Failing that, the cartridge must not go out with household waste: the plastic shell and the residual powder can be recovered.
Is the HP 36A Black toner new and under warranty?
