3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 580 MAD up front by card, then 3 259 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers accept the HP 64A toner (CC364A)?
The HP LaserJet P4014, P4015 and P4515 ranges, in all their variants. These are departmental monochrome printers: note the full model number on the front of the machine before ordering.
How many pages does an HP 64A toner print?
10,000 standard pages, a yield declared in accordance with the ISO/IEC 19752 standard, the one for monochrome supplies. Actual yield varies with page content, but the order of magnitude is that of a machine shared by an entire department.
What is the difference between the HP 64A and the HP 64X?
The X is the high-capacity version: the 64X (CC364X) is rated for 24,000 pages against 10,000 for this 64A, in a housing a few centimetres deeper. Beyond a certain monthly volume, the gap completely changes how often you replace the cartridge.
Does the HP 64A toner use less energy when printing?
Yes. The enhanced HP toner in this range fuses at a low temperature: the printer's fuser heats less to fix the powder to the page, which reduces the system's energy consumption while maintaining quality at the intended speed.
Does the HP 64A cartridge adjust the printer's settings?
Yes. It has built-in intelligence that supports settings designed to optimise print quality and reliability, so as to deliver consistent output from the first page to the last rather than a gradual drift.
How much space does a spare HP 64A cartridge take up?
It is bulky: 391 × 193 × 300 mm, a block nearly 40 cm on a side. Plan on a shelf next to the printer, keeping it flat in its original box until the day it is needed.
Does the HP 64A toner contain recycled content?
Yes. HP designs its genuine toner supplies to incorporate recycled content without departing from its own quality standards, and offers a free take-back programme for used cartridges.
Is the HP 64A Black toner new and under warranty?
