3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

What team size is the HP 304A toner intended for?
HP intends it for teams of 3 to 5 users per machine, in small businesses and unmanaged IT environments that print, copy and scan. It is the most telling benchmark before ordering.
Which printers accept the HP 304A cyan toner (CC531A)?
The HP Color LaserJet CP2025 range and the CM2320 multifunction printers. The cyan cartridge currently installed should carry the reference CC531A or 304A.
How many pages does the HP 304A cyan print?
2,800 pages, a yield declared according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard on a series of standard test pages with standardised coverage. Documents heavy on solid colour areas bring this figure down.
What does the “L” in HP 304L cartridges stand for?
The economy version of the range, with a reduced yield: 1,400 pages for an L colour cartridge against 2,800 for the A version, and 1,200 pages for the L black against 3,500. Cheaper to buy, more expensive per page.
Does the black last longer than the cyan on a CP2025?
Yes: the CC530A black is rated for 3,500 pages against 2,800 pages for cyan, yellow and magenta. On a machine in mixed use, the colours run out before the black.
Can the three HP 304A colours be ordered under a single reference?
Yes, with the CF372AM: a pack of three cartridges, cyan, magenta and yellow, at 2,800 pages each. Its box measures 385 × 327 × 125 mm and weighs 2.7 kg, so allow room for it in the supplies cabinet.
What are the dimensions and weight of an HP 304A cartridge?
385 × 109 × 125 mm for 0.9 kg. These dimensions apply to all single references in the range, economy versions included: a shelf is better suited than a desk drawer.
Is the HP 304A cyan suitable for marketing documents?
Yes. The ColorSphere toner in this range aims for vivid colours, lifelike photo quality and sharp text, for sales materials comparable to professional prints produced in the office.
Does the cartridge communicate with the printer?
Yes. The built-in intelligence enables the system to optimise print quality and reliability by adapting to the properties of the toner in use. That is what cuts down on reprints and wasted supplies.
Does the CC531A replace the other colours on the CM2320?
No, it only supplies cyan. The CC530A black, CC532A yellow and CC533A magenta are three separate references: check all four levels at once before ordering.
Is this HP 304A cyan toner new and under warranty?
