3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

What team size is the HP 304A yellow toner intended for?
HP intends it for teams of 3 to 5 users per machine, in small businesses and unmanaged IT environments with printing, copying and scanning needs. It is the most concrete benchmark before ordering.
Which printers accept the HP 304A yellow toner (CC532A)?
The HP Color LaserJet CP2025 range and the CM2320 multifunction printers. The yellow cartridge currently installed should carry the reference CC532A or 304A.
How many pages does the HP 304A yellow print?
2,800 pages, a yield declared according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard on standard test pages with standardised coverage. Documents heavy on solid colour areas use it up considerably faster.
What does the “L” in HP 304L cartridges mean?
It is the economy version, with a reduced yield: 1,400 pages for an L colour cartridge against 2,800 for the A version, and 1,200 pages for the L black against 3,500. Cheaper to buy, more expensive per page.
Does the black last longer than the yellow on a CM2320?
Yes: the CC530A black cartridge is rated for 3,500 pages against 2,800 pages for yellow, cyan and magenta. In mixed use, the colours therefore run out before the black.
Is there a pack of the three HP 304A colours?
Yes, under the reference CF372AM: three cartridges, cyan, magenta and yellow, at 2,800 pages each. The box measures 385 × 327 × 125 mm and weighs 2.7 kg, so allow room for it in the supplies cabinet.
What are the dimensions and weight of an HP 304A cartridge?
385 × 109 × 125 mm for 0.9 kg, dimensions that apply to all single references in the range. A shelf is better suited than a desk drawer if you keep a set of colours in reserve.
Is the HP 304A yellow suitable for marketing materials?
Yes. The ColorSphere toner in this range aims for vivid colours, lifelike photo quality and sharp text: sales documents comparable to professional prints, printed in the office.
Can the CC532A print the other colours?
No, it only supplies yellow. The CC530A black, CC531A cyan and CC533A magenta are three separate references: check all four levels at once, or go straight for the three-colour pack.
Is this HP 304A yellow toner new and under warranty?
