3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

The HP Color LaserJet CP5525 (CP5525n, CP5525dn, CP5525xh) and the M750 models, including the M750n and the M750dn Enterprise. These are A3 colour machines: check the full model number on the front before ordering.
How many pages does the HP 650A Black toner last?
Approximately 13,500 pages, an average yield established according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard, the one for colour supplies. Actual yield varies considerably depending on the content of the printed pages.
Can the black be replaced on its own on a Color LaserJet CP5525?
Yes. On these colour machines, each colour in the 650 series has its own cartridge and its own slot: the black is removed and replaced without touching the cyan, yellow or magenta left in place.
How much does an HP 650A cartridge weigh?
Approximately 1.80 kg. This is a supply for an A3 machine, noticeably heavier than a desktop-printer toner: handle it with both hands and lay it down flat rather than holding it in one.
Is the HP 650A a genuine HP toner?
