3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printer takes the HP 650A yellow toner (CE272A)?
The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M750, in its M750n and M750dn versions. The yellow cartridge currently installed should carry the reference CE272A or 650A: that is the quickest check before ordering.
What is the yield of the HP 650A yellow?
Approximately 15,000 pages, a composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. Very yellow-heavy material will empty this cartridge before the other two colours.
Fifteen thousand pages: how long does that last?
Thirty reams of 500 sheets. At one thousand five hundred colour pages a month, the pace of a busy department, one yellow cartridge lasts roughly ten months before it needs replacing.
Is the HP 650A yellow cartridge bulky?
It weighs approximately 1.80 kg: the format of a workgroup A3 machine, to be handled with both hands. A supplies cabinet is better suited than a drawer if you keep a full set in reserve.
Can the CE272A print the other colours?
No, it only supplies yellow. Black, cyan and magenta each have their own cartridge on the M750: check all four levels at once before ordering.
Can the 650A yellow toner wait several months in reserve?
Yes. It is a dry powder: nothing evaporates and no nozzle can clog while it waits. A cartridge kept in reserve in its box remains usable on the day the machine calls for it.
Is this HP 650A yellow toner new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine HP toner. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months on this reference. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect appears.
