1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers use the HP 658A cyan toner (W2001A)?
The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M751 series. The cyan cartridge currently installed must carry the reference W2001A for standard capacity, or W2001X for high capacity: both fit in the same machine.
How many pages does an HP 658A cyan print?
6,000 pages, a composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared in accordance with ISO/IEC 19798: the three colours are measured together on a series of standard test pages, which gives an average for mixed use.
What do you gain by switching to the HP 658X cyan?
The yield jumps from 6,000 to 28,000 pages per cartridge, more than four times as much. On an M751 that prints colour all day long, it is the main lever for spacing out replacements.
Is the imaging drum included in the HP 658A cartridge?
No, this range uses a two-part design: the toner cartridge on one side, the imaging drum on the other. Each is replaced according to its own wear, so you never throw away a part that is still good along with the other.
Does black last longer than cyan on an M751?
Yes: 7,000 pages for the W2000A black versus 6,000 pages for the three colours. The gap widens at high capacity, where the W2000X black reaches 33,000 pages against 28,000 for the colours.
Do you need to remove a pull tab before installing the 658A toner?
No. Automatic latch release makes installation quick: the cartridge slots into place without handling any seal or getting your hands dirty, which matters on a machine shared by a whole department.
Can toner consumption be tracked across a fleet of M751 printers?
Yes. HP print gauge technology tracks cartridge usage, and HP Web Jetadmin lets you centralise this tracking and receive regular updates on the status of the fleet's supplies.
How much space does an HP 658A cartridge take up?
483 × 155 × 198 mm: nearly 50 cm long, dimensions shared by all eight references in the range. No desk drawer will hold a cartridge this size — plan for a supplies cabinet.
What does ColorSphere 3 toner bring to marketing materials?
Vivid, photo-quality colour, combined with an optimised print mode that widens the range of colours reproduced. That is what sets this generation apart for brochures and sales documents, beyond plain office text.
Does the HP 658A toner use less energy?
The range is presented as designed for energy savings and a long service life, cartridges and drums included. On a fleet of machines left on all day, the durable design of the supplies counts as much as the yield.
Can the W2001A print the other colours?
No, it only supplies cyan. The W2000A black, W2002A yellow and W2003A magenta are three separate references: check all four levels before ordering, as the M751 will not restart without the missing colour.
Is this HP 658A cyan toner new and under warranty?
