3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the HP 78A's 2,100-page yield guaranteed?
It is an approximate average established according to the ISO/IEC 19752 standard. The actual yield varies considerably with what you print: pages heavy with solid black areas or graphics use up the cartridge far faster than a letter of a few lines.
What is the difference between the HP 78A and the HP 78L?
The yield. The 78L (CE278L) is the economy version rated at 1,000 pages, whereas the 78A (CE278A) offered here goes up to 2,100 pages. Both cartridges share the same size, 375 x 113 x 125 mm: it is a choice of volume.
Is this toner sold individually or in pairs?
The CE278A reference corresponds to one cartridge. The pack of two genuine black toners has a separate reference, CE278AD, with the same 2,100 pages per cartridge. So check the reference if you are building up a stock for the year.
Which printers does the HP 78A toner fit?
It is specified as compatible with the HP LaserJet P1566 and P1606 and the LaserJet M1536 MFP multifunction printer — more broadly, the LaserJet Pro P1560 and P1600 ranges and the LaserJet Pro M1536dnf. These series are aimed at small businesses and self-employed professionals; compare against the reference printed on your printer before ordering.
Is this an Original HP toner or a compatible supply?
It is a genuine HP LaserJet toner, manufacturer reference CE278A, not a remanufactured product. HP covers it for parts and labour. It is this original formula that delivers sharp, crisp text, brilliant black-and-white images and consistent results from one print job to the next.
What should you do with the cartridge once it is empty?
The HP Planet Partners programme provides free return and recycling of used supplies. It covers more than 50 countries, territories and regions in Asia, Europe and the Americas, and its availability varies.
Is the HP 78A toner new and under warranty?
Yes: a new, genuine, sealed cartridge in its original HP packaging, supplied with its invoice. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months. Yields and compatibility are detailed in the HP datasheet (PDF).
