3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Cash on delivery (deposit of 300 DH by card or bank transfer)

Pay 300 MAD up front by card, then 1 169 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Pay the cash in at any of the 3,400 Attijariwafa Bank branches in Morocco, to the SGM2I account no. 0268 D 000 000 426. You do not need an account there: your ID and the cash are enough.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the HP 85A CE285A a genuine toner?
Yes, it is a genuine HP toner, part number CE285A. It is aimed at everyday business printing — reports, letters, invoices — with sharp, crisp text and bold black-and-white images, for small businesses and self-employed professionals with limited IT support.
Which printers take this cartridge?
The HP LaserJet Pro P1102, P1102w and P1106, and the M1132, M1212nf and M1217nfw multifunction printers. More broadly, compatibility covers the LaserJet Pro P1100, M1130 and M1210 series: check the model number on your printer before ordering.
How are the 1,600 pages measured?
According to the ISO/IEC 19752 standard, which gives an approximate average yield and allows two cartridges to be compared on the same basis. Actual yield varies considerably with the content of the pages printed.
Is there a more economical version or a pack of two?
Yes, two variants: the CE285L, an economy version with 700 pages, and the CE285AD, a pack of two cartridges of 1,600 pages each. The part number offered here is the CE285A, the standard 1,600-page cartridge sold individually.
What should I do with the cartridge once it is empty?
HP offers free collection through its Planet Partners recycling programme, available in more than 50 countries and territories in Asia, Europe, and North and South America. Its availability varies from country to country: check whether collection is offered in your region before relying on it.
Is this HP 85A cartridge new and under warranty?
