3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

What is the HP 126A imaging drum (CE314A) for?
It is the part that receives the image traced by the laser and transfers the powder onto the paper. In this range, it is separate from the toner cartridges and has its own reference, CE314A: the drum and the cartridges are therefore replaced independently of each other.
How many pages does the HP 126A imaging drum last?
Two figures, depending on what you print: 14,000 pages in black and 7,000 pages in colour. Mixed use falls between the two — go by the colour figure if your documents are mostly illustrated.
Does the drum need replacing as often as the toner cartridges?
No, far less often. The 126A cartridges last 1,200 pages in black and 1,000 pages per colour, whereas the drum handles 14,000 in black: it goes through around ten sets of cartridges before being replaced.
Which printers use the HP 126A drum?
The HP Color LaserJet CP1025 and CP1025nw, the LaserJet Pro 100 M175a and M175nw, the M275, as well as the M176, M176n, M177 and M177fw multifunction printers. The part currently installed should carry the reference CE314A.
Is the drum supplied with the HP 126A toner cartridges?
No, it is a separate reference. The CE314A imaging drum is listed in the range's catalogue as a distinct supply, with its own yield and its own product code: it is ordered on its own, when the machine signals that it has reached the end of its life.
What are the dimensions of the CE314A drum?
363 × 92 × 160 mm. It is noticeably thicker than a toner cartridge from the same range, which measures 363 × 83 × 86 mm: allow the corresponding space if you keep one in reserve in a supplies cabinet.
Does replacing the drum require a technician?
No. The supplies in this range are designed for a quick and simple replacement procedure carried out by the user. The old part is then recycled, like the toner cartridges.
Is this HP 126A imaging drum new and under warranty?
