3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 300 MAD up front by card, then 859 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Cash at a bank branch

Pay the cash in at any of the 3,400 Attijariwafa Bank branches in Morocco, to the SGM2I account no. 0268 D 000 000 426. You do not need an account there: your ID and the cash are enough.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers use the HP 128A black toner (CE320A)?
HP 128 cartridges work with the HP LaserJet Pro CP1525 range of colour printers and with the HP LaserJet Pro Color CM1415 multifunction printers. Check the reference on the cartridge already installed: it should read CE320A or 128A.
How many pages does an HP 128A black print before it runs out?
Approximately 2,000 pages, or four reams of 500 sheets. The yield is measured according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard, at a standardised coverage rate: very dense pages lower it, while airy text documents extend it.
Does 128A toner deteriorate if it is stored for several months?
No. It is a dry powder sealed in a laser cartridge: nothing can dry out or clog nozzles, unlike the liquid ink of an inkjet printer. Keeping a spare cartridge in its box is therefore risk-free for an office that cannot afford to stop.
Does the HP 128A CE320A print anything other than black?
No, it only supplies black, for approximately 2,000 pages. On a CP1525 or a CM1415, the cyan, yellow and magenta colours are ordered separately: check their levels at the same time to avoid stopping the machine twice in a row.
Is the plastic of the HP 128A cartridge recycled?
Yes. The recycled plastic in HP cartridges helps reduce plastic waste, with no change for the user at installation. A criterion often requested in tenders and corporate purchasing policies.
Is this HP 128A toner new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine HP toner. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months on this reference. Keep it: it is the document requested if the cartridge has a defect.
