3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

How much space does a spare HP 12A cartridge take up?
It measures 357 × 105 × 134 mm, about 36 cm long for a flat unit. A shelf or a deep drawer is enough; keep it flat in its carton until it is time to replace.
Can a laser toner be kept for as long as you like?
Toner powder does not dry out or clog any nozzle, unlike liquid ink: a spare cartridge can wait for months in its packaging. That is what makes laser convenient on a workstation that only prints now and then.
What happens to an HP 12A cartridge once it is empty?
HP offers a free return and recycling programme for its original cartridges, HP Planet Partners, whose geographical coverage varies. In any case, the cartridge must not end up in household waste: its plastic shell and residual powder can be recovered.
