1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

It designates the high-capacity version of the 991 range: 182 ml of ink for approximately 16,000 pages, a yield that only makes sense on a machine shared by an entire department.
Is the HP 991X ink water-resistant?
Yes. It is a pigment ink, formulated to resist water and fading: documents remain legible over time, including after accidental contact with a liquid.
What is HP PageWide technology?
It is the printing system specific to this range of machines, designed for high speeds and large volumes: PageWide cartridges are sized accordingly, hence the 182 ml of this one.
How much does an HP 991X cartridge weigh?
0.37 kg — much more than an office inkjet cartridge, which is explained by the 182 ml of ink it carries. Allow the corresponding space in the supplies cabinet.
Sixteen thousand pages: what rate of use does that correspond to?
At two thousand colour pages a month — the pace of an office floor —, one yellow cartridge lasts eight months. On a PageWide Pro, replacement is planned quarter by quarter.
Can the M0J98AE print all the colours?
No, it only supplies yellow. Black, cyan and magenta are separate references on the PageWide Pro 755, 772 and 777: check all four levels before ordering.
Is this HP 991X cartridge new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine HP cartridge, reference M0J98AE. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
