1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers does the HP 938 Yellow cartridge (4S6X7PE) work with?
It is designed for HP OfficeJet Pro 9100 and 9700 series printers: OfficeJet Pro 9110b, 9120 / 9120b, 9130 / 9130b, as well as the OfficeJet Pro 9720 and 9730. It is a yellow ink cartridge; to print in colour, you also need the matching black, cyan and magenta cartridges.
How many pages can you print with the HP 938 Yellow?
Its average yield is approximately 800 pages (ISO/IEC 19752 standard, tested on the OfficeJet Pro 9100 range). The actual yield varies with the coverage rate and the content of the pages printed.
Is the ink in the HP 938 cartridge pigment-based or dye-based?
It is a pigment ink, designed for the office: sharp text and vibrant colours. According to HP, these inks do not fade when stored away from light and ensure documents are preserved for more than 200 years.
Is this a genuine HP cartridge or a compatible one?
It is a genuine original HP cartridge (reference 4S6X7PE), fitted with an upgraded chip to strengthen print security and ensure full compatibility with your HP printer.
Can the HP 938 be used for double-sided printing?
Yes: these 938 range cartridges are designed for double-sided printing by default on OfficeJet Pro systems, which helps reduce paper consumption. The function does, however, depend on your printer model.
Is the HP 938 Yellow cartridge new and under warranty?
