1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Tablets and laptops up to 11.6 inches, i.e. a 29.46 cm diagonal. Its external dimensions are 325 x 225 x 25 mm: compare the width and depth of your device with these measurements before ordering.
Does the HP Spectrum sleeve protect against knocks?
Yes: a layer of padding runs the full length of the sides of the sleeve. That is the point to check on a sleeve: a plain fabric case only protects against scratches, whereas side padding absorbs the impact when a bag is put down too quickly.
Does the HP Spectrum sleeve stand up to bad weather?
Its exterior is high-quality twill, stated to offer good weather resistance. Twill is a tight diagonal weave, denser than ordinary canvas: that is what gives it this resistance to a brief shower.
