3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Cash on delivery (deposit of 380 DH by card or bank transfer)

Pay 380 MAD up front by card, then 2 159 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Certified cheque

Certified cheque payable to “sgm2i”. Have your bank certify the cheque, then send us a copy on WhatsApp (+212 6 64 10 46 24) or to service.client@iris.ma — we dispatch as soon as we receive it.

Cash at a bank branch

Pay the cash in at any of the 3,400 Attijariwafa Bank branches in Morocco, to the SGM2I account no. 0268 D 000 000 426. You do not need an account there: your ID and the cash are enough.

Which printer uses the HP 501A black (Q6470A) toner?
The HP Color LaserJet 3600 series. Before ordering, check the reference on the black cartridge currently installed: it should read Q6470A or 501A.
What are the 6,000 pages of the HP 501A based on?
On an average page coverage of 5%, the industry's long-standing convention. A document full of graphics will therefore use toner several times faster than a page of text with a logo here and there.
What is in the box of the HP 501A toner?
The toner cartridge and a recycling guide. The packaging measures 430 × 120 × 205 mm and weighs 1.5 kg — these are indeed the dimensions of the carton, not of the cartridge alone.
What does HP ColorSphere toner bring to this range?
It aims for precise blacks and superior gloss, with high print speeds and no loss of quality. The machine's print system is designed for this toner formulation.
Does the Q6470A print in colour?
No, black only. The Color LaserJet 3600 is a colour machine: cyan, yellow and magenta are ordered separately, and it is best to check all four levels at the same time.
Can the 501A toner be kept in storage for a long time?
Yes. It is a dry powder: nothing evaporates and no nozzle can clog during months of storage. A cartridge kept in reserve in its carton remains usable as it is.
Is this HP 501A toner new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, authentic HP toner. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months on this reference. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
