3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

How many pages does the HP 132 black cartridge (C9362HE) print?
Approximately 220 pages, yield measured according to the ISO/IEC 24711 standard for inkjet cartridges, in continuous printing. It is a format for occasional printing: plan on a spare if you print regularly.
Does the printed text resist highlighters?
Yes, this is a point that is emphasised: this ink offers high resistance to highlighter smearing. The text does not smudge when you annotate a document with a highlighter pen, which matters on a working file.
What is the quality of the black produced by the HP 132?
HP announces darker, laser-quality black text, with improved durability and greater resistance to fading. That is the profile of a document meant to be kept.
What is in the box of the HP 132 cartridge?
The ink cartridge only. The carton measures 141 × 113 × 37 mm and weighs 0.06 kg — these are the packaging dimensions, not the cartridge's.
How can I check that the HP 132 suits my printer?
Check the reference on the black cartridge already installed or given in the manual: it should read HP 132 or C9362HE. This is the only reliable check before ordering.
Does the C9362HE print in colour?
No, only in black. On a colour printer, the colour cartridge is a separate reference: check both levels at the same time before ordering.
Is this HP 132 cartridge new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine HP cartridge. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months on this reference. Keep it: it is the document requested if a defect is found.
