3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Does this HP 134 cartridge contain all three colours?
Yes: cyan, magenta and yellow share the same reservoir of 14 ml. So there is only one colour cartridge to order, and it is replaced in one go — black remains a separate reference.

Approximately 560 pages, from 14 ml of ink. The yield is measured according to the ISO/IEC 24711 standard, the one for inkjet cartridges, in continuous printing.
What type of ink does the HP 134 contain?
A dye-based ink, also called tinted ink: it penetrates the paper fibre and gives vivid colours. It is the usual choice for colour cartridges intended for photos and graphics.
What printing technology does this cartridge use?
HP thermal inkjet: the ink is ejected through tiny heated nozzles. It is this technology that explains why an inkjet printer copes poorly with long periods of non-use.
How much does an HP 134 cartridge weigh?
49.9 g — a pocket-sized format that fits in a desk drawer. Nothing like the bulk of a laser consumable, even for a machine of the same generation.
Does this cartridge include recycled materials?
