2 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the TP-Link M7350 4G Wi-Fi modem work with Moroccan operators?
Yes: it is compatible with Maroc Telecom, Orange and Inwi. Just insert a 4G SIM card from a data plan. The SIM card is not included.
What speeds does the TP-Link M7350 reach?
On 4G LTE, it reaches up to 150 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload, enough to watch HD videos and download quickly. It also works on 3G.
How many devices can connect to the M7350 at the same time?
Up to 10 devices over Wi-Fi at the same time: laptops, tablets, smartphones, consoles, etc. The Wi-Fi runs on 2.4 GHz (up to 300 Mbps between devices).
What is the battery life of the TP-Link M7350?
Its removable 2000 mAh battery provides about 8 hours of use and up to 480 hours on standby. It recharges via the micro USB port (computer, AC adapter or power bank).
Which 4G frequency bands does the M7350 support?
It supports the FDD-LTE B1/B3/B7/B8/B20 bands (2100/1800/2600/900/800 MHz) as well as 3G. Before buying, it is wise to check that your operator's bands are on this list.
Does the M7350 have an information display?
Yes: a 1.4-inch OLED display shows at a glance the battery level, network type (2G/3G/4G), signal strength, Wi-Fi status, messages and data usage.
Can you add storage to the TP-Link M7350?
Yes: it has a microSD slot for cards up to 32 GB to share files, photos and videos over the Wi-Fi network, like a USB flash drive. The microSD card is sold separately.
How do you manage the M7350 modem day to day?
With the tpMiFi app (iOS/Android): you can set data limits, control which devices are allowed, send messages and manage the files on the microSD card.
Is the M7350 easy to take with you?
Yes: compact (106 × 66 × 16 mm) with an internal antenna, it is designed for travel, business trips and outdoor activities. A micro/nano to standard SIM card adapter is included.
