2 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

What is the TP-Link UB500 adapter for?
It adds Bluetooth 5.0 to a PC or laptop that does not have it, through a simple USB port, so you can connect headphones, speakers, a mouse, a keyboard, a gamepad, a phone, a printer and more.
Does the UB500 work on a Mac?
No. The supported systems are Windows 11, 10, 8.1 and 7 only; it is not designed for macOS.
Do you need to install a driver for the UB500?
On Windows 10 and 11, installation is simple. On Windows 7, you must manually install the driver from the TP-Link website before use.
How many Bluetooth devices can I connect at the same time?
The UB500 handles up to 7 Bluetooth devices simultaneously with a stable connection.
What is the Bluetooth 5.0 range of the UB500?
Up to 20 metres in open space according to the datasheet, with faster speeds and better coverage than Bluetooth 4.0.
Is the UB500 compatible with my older Bluetooth devices?
Yes, Bluetooth 5.0 is backward compatible with versions 4.0, 3.0, 2.1, 2.0 and 1.1. Its Nano size means you can leave it plugged in permanently.
Is the TP-Link UB500 adapter new and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and genuine TP-Link, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the 2-year warranty document. See the datasheet.
