1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can this ADATA 16 GB DDR4 module be fitted in a laptop?
No. The 288-pin U-DIMM format is the one used by desktop PC motherboards, and that is the stated use of this reference. Simply check before ordering that your motherboard does use DDR4.
Will I really get 3,200 MHz with my processor?
The module is specified at 3,200 MHz, but the actual speed may vary depending on the platform or processor. It is rated for Intel Core 8th, 9th and 10th series and AMD Ryzen 2nd and 3rd series processors, and every chip meets JEDEC standards, a guarantee of compatibility and stability.
What is the CAS latency of this ADATA Premier DDR4 3200?
