This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

If 8 GB is no longer enough, are there higher capacities in this ADATA series?
The Premier DDR4 3200 SO-DIMM series comes in 8, 16 and 32 GB: you can replace this module with a 16 GB (AD4S320016G22) or a 32 GB (AD4S320032G22), at the same frequency of 3200 MHz and at 1.2 V. The real ceiling remains the one your laptop accepts.
Will this module really run at 3200 MHz in my laptop?
Not always. The module is specified at 3200 MHz with CL22, but the speed actually achieved varies depending on the platform and processor of the machine. Check the memory frequency supported by your laptop before ordering.
How can I check that this module will fit my computer?
Three points to check: the 260-pin SO-DIMM format, the DDR4 type, and a memory slot that is either free or occupied by a module to be replaced. ADATA intends it for upgrading any compatible laptop; the reference to compare with your machine's documentation is AD4S32008G22-SGN.
Does it work in an AMD laptop as well as in an Intel one?
Yes: the module is optimised to take full advantage of the latest Intel and AMD processors, and support for 10th generation Intel Core processors is explicitly confirmed. Its high-quality PCB improves signal transmission and system stability.
Does switching to this DDR4 change anything for the laptop's battery life and heat?
Yes. At 1.2 V, this module uses 20% less energy than DDR3 while transferring data faster. Less energy consumed means less heat given off and longer battery life.
Can the heat of a laptop under heavy use be a problem for this module?
It is rated for an operating range of 0 °C to 85 °C, with a power supply regulated at 1.2 V ± 0.06 V and a high-quality PCB designed for long-term system stability.
What packaging does the AD4S32008G22-SGN reference come in?
In a Single Tray: the module arrives protected in an individual tray. The Retail version has a different reference (AD4S32008G22-RGN); the module itself is the same — only the packaging differs.
Is this ADATA module new and under warranty?
