1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Will this DDR4 module fit in a DDR5 slot?
No. The keying notches of the two generations are in different positions: the module physically will not fit in a DDR5 slot.
Which processors does this ADATA module work with?
8th, 9th and 10th generation Intel Core and AMD Ryzen ZEN 2 and ZEN 3 processors. These are the platforms indicated by the manufacturer.
Is this module suitable for a laptop?
No: it is a 288-pin U-DIMM, the full-length module used in desktop PCs. A laptop requires a SO-DIMM, which is shorter.
What is the latency of this ADATA module?
CAS 22 at 3,200 MHz — the standard timings for JEDEC-compliant DDR4-3200. Its chips comply with the JEDEC and RoHS standards.
Is this product a kit of two modules?
No: it is a single 8 GB module, not a kit. It is the first step towards bringing a tower that is a little short on memory back up to speed.
Does this module use less power than DDR3?
Yes: it runs at 1.2 V versus 1.5 V for DDR3, i.e. 20% less energy. Lower consumption also means less heat inside the case.
