1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this TwinMOS module fit under a large CPU cooler?
It is worth measuring: the heat spreader brings the module to 42 mm high, for 135.5 mm long and 6 mm thick. Under a bulky processor cooler, check the clearance above the first slot before ordering.
Does this TornadoX7 Pro module work on AMD as well as Intel?
Yes: it carries an Intel XMP 2.0 profile and supports AMD Ryzen processors. Compliant with JEDEC standards, it is stated to be 100% compatible with all major platforms on the market.
What is the MTCD design of this module?
TwinMOS's maximum thermal conduction and dissipation design: it aims to cool the module better while maintaining a proper ambient temperature around the system. The heat spreader is made of black aluminium.
What is the bandwidth of this DDR4-3200 module?
25,600 MB/s, i.e. the PC4-25600 standard, with 16-18-18-36 timings at 1.35 V. A CAS of 16 at 3,200 MHz places this module in performance DDR4.
Is this product a kit of two modules?
No: it is sold on its own (1 × 16 GB). A second module can be added later to switch to dual channel, without replacing anything.
Is this TwinMOS module suitable for a laptop?
No: it is a desktop U-DIMM format, the long module used in desktop PCs — 135.5 mm with its heat spreader. A laptop requires a SO-DIMM, half as long.
Is this TwinMOS TornadoX7 Pro 16 GB module new and under warranty?
