1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Why choose a SATA cable with an angled connector?
Because it fits where a straight plug would strain the connector on the motherboard — against the side of a narrow case, under a graphics card, behind a fan. The 90-degree angle removes the mechanical stress on the socket.
What data rate does this Ugreen SATA cable allow?
Up to 6 Gbps, the SATA III standard — twice the rate of SATA II. It remains compatible with SATA II and SATA I, an older drive simply running at its own speed.
Is this cable suitable for an SSD as well as a hard drive?
Yes, it connects an internal hard drive or SSD to the motherboard. It is the data cable: the drive's power, for its part, goes through a separate connector coming from the power supply unit.
Does this SATA cable get tangled inside the case?
It is flat and tangle-free. In a tower where several cables cross, a flat cable lies flat against the side panel and does not obstruct airflow.
Is the Ugreen 30797 SATA cable new and under warranty?
New, reference 30797, 0.5 metre long. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
