3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers take the HP 305A Cyan toner (CE411A)?
The HP LaserJet Pro 300 M351a and MFP M375nw, and the LaserJet Pro 400 M451dn, M451dw, M451nw as well as the M475dn and M475dw multifunction printers. Note the full model number shown on the machine before ordering.
How many pages does the HP 305A Cyan toner last?
Approximately 2,600 pages, an average composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. Actual yield varies considerably depending on the content: visuals with solid areas of blue or green use up the cyan much faster than a text document.
Can the cyan be replaced on its own on a LaserJet Pro 400?
Yes. Each colour in the 305 series is a separate cartridge, in its own slot: the cyan is removed and replaced without touching the black, yellow or magenta left in place.
Is installing an HP 305A toner complicated?
No. HP uses an all-in-one cartridge design that fits in a single step: just one part to take out of the carton, insert and lock, with no prior adjustment.
Can you be alerted when the cyan toner is running low?
Yes. HP provides a low-toner alert for this range, precisely to avoid running out mid-print and to leave time to order the replacement cartridge.
How much does an HP 305A cartridge weigh?
