3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers take the HP 305A yellow toner (CE412A)?
The HP LaserJet Pro 300 color (M351a, MFP M375nw) and the 400 color (M451dn, M451nw, M451dw, MFP M475dn, M475dw). The yellow cartridge currently installed should carry the reference CE412A or 305A.
How many pages does the HP 305A yellow print?
2,600 standard pages, a composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard, measured in continuous printing. The three colours are counted together: it is an average for mixed use.
Is the drum included in the HP 305A cartridge?
Yes. It is an all-in-one cartridge: it incorporates both the Original HP LaserJet toner and the imaging drum. There is therefore only one part to order and change on this range.
Does black last longer than yellow on an M451?
No, it is the other way round: the CE410A black cartridge is rated at 2,200 pages, whereas the yellow, cyan and magenta last 2,600 pages each. Black is therefore the first to replace.
Is there a high-capacity version of the HP 305 toner?
Yes, in black: the 305X (CE410X) reaches 4,000 pages, against 2,200 for the standard black, in exactly the same format. The colours are listed in the range's catalogue in standard capacity.
What are the dimensions of an HP 305A cartridge?
385 × 109 × 125 mm, dimensions shared by the five references in the range. That 38 cm length calls for a shelf, not a desk drawer, if you keep a full set of colours.
How can you avoid ordering the wrong reference when buying again?
The HP SureSupply service is designed for exactly that: it identifies the supplies that match your machine. Otherwise, the reference CE412A is shown on the yellow cartridge already installed.
Is the HP 305A yellow suitable for highly visual documents?
Yes. The gloss of the original toner gives better contrast and a bright look, with photo-quality graphics and images on a wide range of laser papers.
Can you print the other colours with the CE412A?
No, it only supplies yellow. The CE410A black, CE411A cyan and CE413A magenta are three separate references: check all four levels at once before ordering.
Is this HP 305A yellow toner new and under warranty?
