3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers take the HP 305A magenta toner (CE413A)?
The HP LaserJet Pro 300 color (MFP M351, M375nw) and the HP LaserJet Pro 400 color (M451dn, M451nw, M451dw, MFP M475). The magenta cartridge currently installed should carry the reference CE413A or 305A.
How many pages does the HP 305A magenta cartridge print?
2,600 pages, a composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared according to the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. The three colours are measured together over a series of standard test pages: it is an average for mixed use.
Does black last longer than magenta on an M451?
No, it is the other way round on this range. The CE410A black cartridge is rated at 2,200 pages, whereas the magenta, cyan and yellow last 2,600 pages each. Black will therefore be the first to replace.
What does the “L” in HP 305L cartridges mean?
It is the economy version, with a reduced yield: 1,400 pages for each of the four colours, against 2,600 for a 305A colour and 2,200 for the black. Cheaper to buy, but more expensive per printed page.
Is there a high-capacity version of the HP 305 toner?
Yes, in black: the 305X (CE410X) goes up to 4,000 pages, against 2,200 for the standard black. It is also available as a twin pack, under reference CE410XD, at 4,000 pages per cartridge.
Can you order the three HP 305A colours in one go?
Yes, with reference CF370AM: a pack of three cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges, at 2,600 pages each. Its carton measures 385 × 327 × 125 mm and weighs 2.7 kg, to be allowed for in the supplies cabinet.
Is the drum separate from the cartridge on the HP 305A?
No, the cartridge has an all-in-one design: there is only one part to change, which makes replacement immediate. Nothing else to order alongside it to get the machine running again.
What are the dimensions of an HP 305A cartridge?
385 × 109 × 125 mm, dimensions shared by all the single references in the range, economy and high-capacity versions included. That 38 cm length calls for a shelf rather than a drawer.
Is the HP 305A magenta suitable for marketing materials?
Yes. The gloss of the toner reproduces photo-quality graphics and images across a wide range of laser papers. This range is aimed precisely at documents and marketing materials produced in the office rather than at a print shop.
Does the 305A toner cope with a poorly air-conditioned room?
HP states reliable performance in challenging environmental conditions for this range. It is worth knowing for an equipment room or a branch office where the temperature climbs sharply in summer.
Can you print the other colours with the CE413A?
No, it only supplies magenta. The CE410A black, CE411A cyan and CE412A yellow are three separate references: check all four levels at once before ordering, or go straight for the three-colour pack.
Is this HP 305A magenta toner new and under warranty?
