1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Is the drum built into the Canon 057 cartridge?
Yes, the drum unit is built into the cartridge. You therefore replace only one part: each toner change renews the drum at the same time, with no separate supply to order or monitor.
Which printers take the Canon 057 Black cartridge (3009C002AA)?
The Canon i-SENSYS LBP223dw, LBP226dw, LBP228x, LBP233dw and LBP236dw, and the MF443dw, MF445dw, MF446x, MF449x, MF453dw and MF455dw multifunction printers. Compare your machine's full model number with this list before ordering.
How many pages does the Canon 057 Black cartridge give?
Approx. 3,100 pages from a single cartridge. The figure refers to ordinary office documents; pages dense with text, tables or grey solid areas use more toner powder and lower the actual count.
Is the Canon 057 the standard or the high-yield version?
It is the standard-yield version in this i-SENSYS range, at 3,100 pages. For a workstation that prints a few hundred pages a month, that means roughly one replacement a year; beyond that, the cost per page is worth recalculating.
Do you need to remove a pull tab before installing the Canon 057 cartridge?
No. The cartridge uses automatic seal removal technology: nothing to pull, nothing to peel off. This is what prevents toner spills during replacement, and what lets you change a cartridge without getting your hands dirty.
Is the Canon 057 cartridge original or a compatible supply?
Original Canon — the specification table explicitly lists it as type “Original”, under manufacturer code 3009C002. It is designed for the i-SENSYS range, which protects both print quality and the lifetime of the mechanism.
What is in the box of the Canon 057 cartridge?
The 057 Black toner cartridge on its own, with its built-in drum. There is therefore nothing else to order to get the printer back in service.
Does the Canon 057 cartridge comply with RoHS regulations?
Yes. It complies with the RoHS 2011/65/EU directive and its amendment 2015/863/EU, which restrict hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. Canon also takes back its empty cartridges free of charge for reuse or recycling.
Is the Canon 057 Black cartridge new and under warranty?
Yes, new and sealed in its original Canon packaging. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year: keep it with the box, as the two are all you need for an exchange.
