3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers does the HP 47 cartridge fit?
The HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4800 series — in the EMEA region, which includes Morocco, the DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4828. The 4825, 4826 and 4877 versions correspond to other markets. Check the exact model shown on your printer before ordering.
How are the stated 700 pages measured?
According to the ISO/IEC 24711 standard, in continuous printing, on a DeskJet Ink Advantage 4800. It is an approximate average: the actual yield varies greatly with page content, a heavily illustrated document using up the cartridge much faster than ordinary text.
Are the three colours combined in a single cartridge?
Yes. Cyan, magenta and yellow share a single 14 ml cartridge, sold individually in a one-piece pack, for a yield of approximately 700 pages. The ink is a dye-based ink, applied by HP thermal inkjet technology.
How can you be sure it is a genuine HP cartridge and not a remanufactured one?
It is a genuine HP cartridge, reference 6ZD61AE, and new. HP never refills or resells genuine cartridges returned through its Planet Partners programme: a genuine HP 47 is therefore always a new cartridge, designed and tested with the printer.
Under what conditions should the cartridge be stored before installation?
The range is wide: storage rated from -40 to 60 °C at 20 to 80% relative humidity, operation between 15 and 32 °C. Simply keep the cartridge in its sealed packaging until installation.
Is this cartridge suitable for documents as well as photos?
Yes, for everyday use: it is intended for home users, micro-businesses and small offices that print a variety of documents and colour photos every day. Its dye-based ink aims for vivid colours and sharp text, at home, at school or at work.
What should you do with the cartridge once it is empty?
It can be returned for free recycling through the HP Planet Partners programme, whose availability varies by country. Also worth noting: more than 50% of genuine HP ink cartridges are made from recycled plastic sourced from the oceans.
What is the warranty on this HP 47 cartridge?
It is new and sealed, and the invoice covers it for 3 months against any defect in materials and workmanship. The details are in the HP datasheet (PDF).
