1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What is the RFID pocket on the HP Renew Business sleeve for?
To stop your bank cards from being read remotely, along with your badges. Contactless chips can be read from a few centimetres away, through a bag: this shielded pocket blocks the signal, and it is the only protection that works against this type of theft.
What size of laptop does the HP Renew Business sleeve take?
Up to 14.1 inches, i.e. a 35.8 cm diagonal. It measures 360 x 250 x 22 mm on the outside: measure the width and depth of your laptop rather than just its diagonal, as two 14-inch models can have very different chassis.
Can you store a Bluetooth tracker in the HP Renew Business sleeve?
Yes, it has a pocket dedicated specifically to one. It is a rare and useful detail: a tracker slipped into this pocket lets you locate the bag if it is left behind in a taxi or a meeting room, without taking up an accessory pocket.
