1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which printers take the Canon 071 Black cartridge (5645C002AA)?
Three Canon i-SENSYS models: the LBP122dw printer and the MF272dw and MF275dw multifunction printers. Check the full model number on your machine before ordering, as the i-SENSYS family spans very different cartridge ranges.
How many pages does the Canon 071 Black cartridge give?
About 1,200 pages, a yield measured according to the ISO/IEC 19752 standard, the one used for monochrome supplies. That is a capacity suited to a single user: expect one replacement per quarter for someone printing around a hundred pages a month.
Is the Canon 071 cartridge genuine or a compatible?
Genuine Canon. It is the cartridge the manufacturer specifies for these i-SENSYS laser printers: the powder is formulated for their fusing mechanism, giving crisp blacks and output that does not drift from one page to the next.
What is in the box of the Canon 071 cartridge?
The 071 black toner cartridge, on its own. It is the only part to replace on these monochrome i-SENSYS printers: the rest of the print mechanism stays in place in the machine.
Does the Canon 071 cartridge comply with RoHS regulations?
Yes. It meets RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment 2015/863/EU, which cap hazardous substances — lead, mercury, cadmium and the like — in electrical and electronic equipment.
