Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Compatibility : the printers visible in the image are only an example of use: only the exact reference of the consumable guarantees compatibility with your machine.
  • Quantity : an image of a multipack or a multicolour set says nothing about the packaging sold — the number of units and the colour are those of the title and the specifications.
  • Yield : standard, XL and high-yield versions most often share the same photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers does the C-EXV 65 yellow toner fit?
It is listed as compatible with the Canon imageRUNNER C3300 Series, including the C3326 and C3326i. Check the exact model shown on the front of your multifunction printer before ordering.
Is it an original Canon toner or a compatible cartridge?
It is an original Canon toner, manufacturer reference 5764C001 (EAN code 4549292214055). You are therefore using the supply Canon intended for the imageRUNNER C3300 series, with sharp prints and consistent results.
Does this reference also include the other colours?
No: the 5764C001 is the yellow toner only, sold individually — it is not a pack. The other colours are ordered separately.
How many pages does it last in a department that prints a lot?
Approximately 11,000 pages. This yield is designed for high-demand work environments and the intensive printing needs of businesses, which means far fewer replacements on a multifunction printer shared by a team.
Do you need a technician to replace it?
No: the cartridge is easy to install yourself, so the machine is back in service straight away.
Is the toner new and under warranty?
Yes: a new, original Canon cartridge, reference 5764C001 (EAN 4549292214055), supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year.
